Terms and Conditions of the "Trip to Sardinia with iRealty" Contest

Organizer:‍

The contest is organized by iRealty, a real estate software designed to transform the industry. IREALTY APP SL, with its registered office at [legal address] and CIF: B56502743, will be responsible for organizing the contest.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Join the official iRealty WhatsApp group for the real estate sector through the provided link.
• Be an iRealty user for at least 2 months.
• Follow iRealty on Instagram.
• Be at least 18 years old and reside in Spain.
• Employees of iRealty, their immediate family members, or anyone involved in organizing the contest are not eligible to participate.

Prize:

• A 4-night stay in Sardinia for two people, including round-trip flights and accommodation at a hotel selected by iRealty.
• Travel dates will be agreed upon with the winners, subject to availability, and must be used within 6 months of the draw.
• The prize does not include airport transfers, meals, travel insurance, or any additional expenses not explicitly specified.

Contest Duration:

• The contest will be open for participation from November 10, 2024, until 11:59 PM (local time) on April 18, 2025. Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be randomly selected via a draw held on Monday, April 21, 2025, using a transparent and automated tool. The draw will be streamed live, and the link will be shared via the WhatsApp group and Instagram.
• The decision is final and not subject to appeal.
• The winner will be announced in the WhatsApp group and contacted privately. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the announcement, a new draw will be conducted.

General Conditions:

• The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, iRealty reserves the right to replace the prize with one of equal or greater value.
• Any attempt at fraud, failure to comply with these terms, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate disqualification.

Data Protection:

• By participating, entrants agree that their data will be used exclusively for managing the contest, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws.
• Participants may exercise their rights to access, rectify, delete, and object by sending an email to hola@irealty.app.

Liability:

• Flight cancellations, delays, or issues related to the hotel.
• Technical problems or failures that prevent participation in the contest.
• Additional expenses incurred by the winner and their companion not specified in these terms.

Acceptance of Terms:

• Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as iRealty's criteria for resolving any matters related to it.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

• This contest is governed by Spanish law, and any disputes arising will be submitted to the courts of Madrid.
